EFT – Emotional Freedom Techniques
An Introduction: What is EFT?
EFT is an energy healing technique used to make dynamic and lasting change in your life by eliminating negative emotions, phobias, fears and addictions. It restores your energy system by returning your mind, body and spirit to its natural state of balance and harmony.
EFT is based on the ancient principles of acupuncture without the discomfort of needles.
It’s a simple tapping procedure to realign the body’s energy system. Negative emotional experiences disrupt the energy meridians running through the body. EFT addresses unresolved emotional issues as a possible cause of physical disease, psychological dysfunction and personal performance limits.

In other words, every negative emotion we experience, including depression, anger, frustration, stress, grief, guilt, anxiety, fear, etc., is a result of a blockage somewhere in the body’s energy system. This energy is carried by the body’s meridian system through tiny pathways in the same way that arteries and vessels carry the body’s blood.
EFT generally addresses your feelings in the moment.

Us humans also get fuzzy and our energy pathways also break down.
When we experience negative emotions, stress, fear, angry, upset or hurts

Tapping on your meridian end points while recalling a negative emotion reprograms your energies to flow positively – giving you back your power!
EFT is amazingly rapid in terms of shifting negative emotions. As you feel negative emotions arising such as insecurity or self-doubt, you can just take a quick break and go do a few minutes of EFT tapping. As you do, I think you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll start to feel better. And then, you’ll begin to realize that your well-being is in your control; it doesn’t depend on anything outside of yourself.
